My family and I had a fantastic stay at Zhemchuzhina Grand. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a great view and daily housekeeping. We loved the convenient location, just steps away from the beach and close to main attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and private beach. The hotel also had convenient stores on-site, where we could find everything from silicone shoes for walking on pebbles to medicines for treating sunburns. we were impressed with the excellent service and would happily return.

Very very very old furnitures in the room. Beds are not comfortable even bathroom. Bathroom is too small and looks like dirty. No air condition in the rooms.

The swimming pool and surround was excellant as was the poolside restaurant.

The room was very hot at night wthout air conditioning anmd the bathroom was very basic with drainage smells.

The room I stayed in was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy and comfortable vibe that instantly made me feel at home. The air conditioning was perfect, keeping the room cool and refreshing. I loved having a refrigerator and minibar, it made storing and enjoying my snacks so convenient. The private bathroom was a dream, with a bathtub to relax in after a long day. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch and made me feel pampered. And let me tell you, the hairdryer was a lifesaver for my unruly hair! Some rooms even have a private sauna, which sounds absolutely luxurious. the room was a haven of relaxation and had everything I needed.

I'm not a big fan of saunas, so having a private bathroom with a sauna wasn't really my cup of tea. But hey, I know some people absolutely love saunas, so it's just a matter of personal preference.

As a travel adviser, I recently had the opportunity to stay at Zhemchuzhina Grand Hotel in Sochi for a business trip, chosen by my director. my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and had several standout features.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the staff.

Superior rooms are very good. and price for them is ok if compare with other hotels in Sochi. Location is perfect. Breakfast was good. I recomed to take YOTA internet - it`s faster and more stable.

Service like in old soviet hotels. Restaraunts in hotel are poor, better to go outside. e.g. Blue sea (sinee more) or khinkalnaya near Marins park hotel.

Value for money was excellent, the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city and close proximity to the beach. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.

One minor improvement could be made in terms of breakfast selection, particularly by offering more diverse cuisines and a wider variety of dishes.

Amazing view of mountains and sea, plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. Hotel is conveniently located in a tropical park. Private beach is so spacious, it can fit a small town.

Can't think of any, it was a flawless experience. Ha, just kidding!

We loved staying at this place! The location was amazing, right on the beach and in the center of everything. We enjoyed taking leisurely strolls to explore the surrounding area. The pool was fantastic, fed from the sea and large enough for all the guests to enjoy. We also appreciated the steam and sauna room available for our use. The staff was very professional and courteous, and most of them understood basic English. The buffet breakfast and dinner included in our half board package were satisfactory, providing us with enough choices.

We had a minor issue with the restaurant as it only served Russian food. It would be great if the hotel management could introduce different cuisines such as Turkish, Arab, or other kinds of foods to cater to guests with diverse preferences.

Location is excellent! Right on the embankment in the city centre. Big heated swimming pool which is open in wintertime as well.

Furniture and the bathroom are very-very old, needs urgent renovation, as well as the pool area.

We loved the hotel amenities - clean swimming pools, Thai spa, and shops. Great transportation - located next to the beach and botanical gardens and easy to get to the city center. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff were friendly.

It was all superb.
